Vision & Mission

Inspired by CREDAI’s national mandate - “To nurture young talent to create industry leaders of tomorrow” - the NCR Youth Wing is committed to cultivating ethical, knowledgeable, and forward looking professionals from Promoters Family through skill building, transparent practices, and value based engagement.

Flagship Initiatives & Activities

• Learning Summits & Study Tours: Members regularly participate in immersive learning experiences - such as the August 2024 CREDAI Ahmedabad Youth Wing study tour hosted at DLF Camellias, organized by CREDAI NCR - to deepen industry insight and share best practices among young developers nationwide.
• Sports & Team Building: Our signature Youth Wing T 20 Cricket League, concluded in October 2024 at Gaur City Cricket Stadium, brought together Youth Wing members in spirited competition, camaraderie, and healthy collaboration across teams and chapters.
• CSR & Community Engagement: From promoting rural entrepreneurship to enhancing construction labour welfare, the Youth Wing works hand in hand with CREDAI CSR initiatives at a national level - adopting locations for rural upliftment, organizing farmer’s markets, and supporting environmental and skill development drives.

Membership & Structure

Open to real estate developers aged 21 40 who are partners or directors in CREDAI NCR Member Companies, the Youth Wing operates through a zonal structure (North, South, East, West, Central, Special Zones), each with elected coordinators, secretaries, and jointly committed office bearers fostering regional synergy and national integration.
