CREDAI NCR (National Capital Region)
CREDAI NCR (National Capital Region) is a regional chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body of private real estate developers in India. CREDAI NCR represents the collective interests of real estate developers across National Capital region and is working to promote transparency, ethical practices, and sustainable development. It serves as a vital bridge between developers and government authorities, playing a proactive role in policy advocacy, industry development, and public outreach.
CREDAI NCR (Delhi)
CREDAI NCR (Delhi) is not a zonal chapter but a dedicated Council under the umbrella of CREDAI NCR, specifically constituted to represent and safeguard the interests of member developers operating within the Delhi region. This council actively engages with Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Municipal Corporations, and other regulatory bodies to address policy matters, streamline approvals, and promote sustainable urban development. CREDAI NCR (Delhi) also plays an important role in supporting redevelopment initiatives, including slum rehabilitation and urban regeneration projects, aligning with the broader vision of transforming Delhi into a more livable and inclusive city.
CREDAI NCR (Haryana)
CREDAI NCR (Haryana) represents developers operating in key urban hubs of Haryana such as Gurugram, Faridabad, Dharuhera, Rewari and cities falling on NH-1 belt i.e., Panipat, Sonipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra and Yamuna Nagar. It is committed to promoting responsible real estate development in line with Haryana State policies and regulatory frameworks. The chapter actively engages with the Government of Haryana and its agencies to resolve industry issues and drive growth with a focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction.

CREDAI NCR (Ghaziabad) serves as the representative body for real estate developers in Ghaziabad. Geographically, it comes in Western U.P. but due to certain complexities in Ghaziabad region, it is operating as independent zonal chapter under CREDAI NCR. Ghaziabad Zonal Chapter plays a key role in addressing local urban development concerns, liaising with the Uttar Pradesh Government, and ensuring adherence to fair practices in construction and delivery. The chapter also actively supports worker welfare, environmental initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

CREDAI NCR (Bhiwadi & Neemrana) represents the real estate fraternity in Bhiwadi & Neemrana and surrounding industrial towns of Rajasthan falling on NCR belt. CREDAI NCR (Western U.P.) brings together developers from prominent regions such as Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Meerut.
