CREDAI NCR is deeply committed to contributing to society through impactful CSR initiatives. Key social responsibilities executed in past few years:

• Housing for the Differently-Abled – Project Anand Niwas
  Reaffirming its commitment to inclusivity, CREDAI NCR initiated Project Anand Niwas to construct low-cost homes for families with differently-abled members in Savda Ghevra Resettlement Colony near Mundka and Bahadurgarh. These homes, equipped with accessible features, include a living room, kitchen, and attached toilet with an underground septic tank, offering dignified living conditions. This project embodies CREDAI NCR’s vision for sustainable community development and empowerment of the urban poor.
• Donation of Mobile Science Labs in Karnal
  To bridge the educational gap for underprivileged children, CREDAI NCR donated mobile science laboratories to the Karnal District Administration, facilitating free and accessible science education for students from economically weaker sections.
• Support to Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
  In alignment with the national Clean India Mission, CREDAI NCR constructed several toilets in the Bhiwadi region, significantly contributing to sanitation improvement and public health.
• School Infrastructure Support in Bhiwadi
  CREDAI NCR undertook repair and renovation of schools in the Bhiwadi region, enhancing the learning environment for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
• Contribution to Dwarka Expressway Development
  The organization and its member developers played an instrumental role in the construction and completion of the Dwarka Expressway, showcasing their commitment to infrastructure advancement in NCR.
• Regional Promotion within NCR
  CREDAI NCR has been actively involved in promoting key growth corridors across the NCR, including the NH1 Belt, Sohna, Faridabad, and select parts of Western Uttar Pradesh, supporting balanced urban development.
• Fundraising for National Causes
  At various times, CREDAI NCR has extended support to CREDAI National by mobilizing funds from the NCR region for numerous social and CSR initiatives at the National Level such as Kerala Flood Response, Cyclone Fani in Odisha, Supported the families of Pulwama Martyrs.
• Oxygen Bank During the Second Wave of COVID-19
  In response to the critical oxygen shortage during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, CREDAI NCR established an Oxygen Bank, providing life-saving support to the public.
• Vaccination Camps During the Third Wave of COVID-19
  CREDAI NCR organized vaccination drives specifically for construction workers and the underserved, aiding the national effort to combat the pandemic.
• Tree Plantation Drives
  As part of its commitment to sustainable development and environmental conservation, CREDAI NCR organized extensive Tree Plantation Drives across the NCR region. Member developers actively participated by undertaking plantation activities within their ongoing and completed projects, as well as in adjoining community spaces. These drives not only enhanced green cover but also helped raise awareness about the importance of ecological balance and responsible urban development. The initiative reflects CREDAI NCR’s proactive approach towards building greener, healthier cities for future generations
• Health Check-up and Eye Check-up Camps
  In a continued effort to promote the well-being of construction workers, CREDAI NCR facilitated large-scale Health and Eye Check-up Camps across member developers project sites. These camps provided free medical consultations, vision screenings, diagnostic services, and health education to hundreds of construction workers and their families. Partnering with reputed hospitals, eye care specialists, and healthcare professionals, the initiative ensured timely detection of health and vision issues while fostering a culture of care, safety, and social responsibility within the real estate sector. Construction Workers with poor vision were given Spectacles as well free of cost and entire cost was borne by CREDAI NCR.
