Key Initiatives:
- Skilling of 5 lakh workers in 5 years.
- Total Project Cost: ₹400 crore.
- Number of Participating Cities: 25.
ii. Data-Driven Decision Making: Shaping the Future with Analytics.
With RERA active across India and covering over 80% of projects, data is now more accessible.
Proposal:
- Develop a Data Analytics Centre in collaboration with Central & State Governments.
- Generate high-quality, location-specific insights (from national to pin-code level).
- Empower stakeholders including developers, investors, policymakers, and homebuyers.
iii. Reforestation: A Real Estate Responsibility for a Sustainable India.
Reforestation is critical for sustainable urban development.
Reforestation Strategy:
- Strategic partnerships (Govt, NGOs, Experts).
- Scientific reforestation methods.
- Active developer participation.
- Ongoing monitoring & community engagement.
By making reforestation a core part of our sustainability agenda, we can create a greener, more resilient India—where development and nature thrive together.
